Ten Mile Track Chardonnay was sourced from a single block of Bernard 95 clone, handpicked in early April. The grapes were whole bunch pressed to French oak barriques for wild fermentation. Occasional stirring during and after ferment to build texture and full malolactic fermentation. The wine was left to mature on lees for 8 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
A classic cool climate style chardonnay with citrus and white fleshed stone fruit characters, tight acidity, texture and a hint of French oak.
